Return or exchange policy

Conditions for exchange or return:

• Exchange and return fees ( 25 riyals per exchange or return request ). This low fee represents the shipping costs from the customer to the store and from the store to the customer.
• The customer is entitled to exchange or return only the first order free of charge.
• The product must be in its original condition and unused, with all labels attached and undamaged, and the product must be in its original packaging.
• Products that cannot be exchanged or returned (cloth masks, underwear, water bottles) and other personal use items.
• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days and returns within 3 days of the date it arrives to you.
• Money will be refunded in the event of a return within two weeks of our receiving the returned product via bank transfer to the customer.
• Cash on delivery fees are deducted in case of exchange or return.
• If a customer has a product issue and posts it on social media with malicious intent, they forfeit their right to a replacement or return, and the complaint will be investigated legally.
