Return or exchange policy

Terms of exchange or return:

• Exchange and return fees ( 25 riyals for each exchange or return request ). A low value representing the delivery costs from the customer to the store and from the store to the customer.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags intact and undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Products that cannot be exchanged or returned (cloth masks, underwear, water bottles) and other personal use items.
• Exchange within 7 days and return within 3 days from the date of receipt.

• Cash on delivery fees will be deducted in case of exchange and return.
