Declaration before purchase

• Stock availability may be affected by technical issues. If your order is unavailable, you will receive a refund.
• Discount codes are not accepted for cash on delivery and are not valid on discounted products or during seasonal sales.
• We hope you will receive your order. You have the right to request home delivery in coordination with the delivery company, except for Redbox, where the order will be picked up from the customer at the Redbox pickup point they specify.
• If the order is not received from the customer (from Redbox or any shipping company) and the order is returned to the store, the delivery fee will be deducted from the order value and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
• You can cancel your order by going to the menu, selecting "My Orders," specifying the order, and canceling it within one hour of completing the order, or by contacting us via WhatsApp.

The customer acknowledges that exploiting any error or technical flaw in the store to obtain undeserved products, benefits, or prices is a serious violation that warrants legal accountability.

This includes any attempt at fraud or unauthorized use of systems, payment data, or prices displayed as a result of a technical malfunction.

The client also acknowledges that these actions may be classified as cybercrimes according to the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The penalty may be imprisonment for up to 3 years and a fine of up to 2,000,000 Saudi Riyals, or one of these two penalties.
